Problems watching video?

We have tried to make this website easy to use and trouble-free but some computers may have problems with video stopping and starting unexpectedly. If this is happening on your computer, it will probably be caused by one of the following:

1. Slow internet connection. If you are on dial-up rather than broadband, you will not be able to watch the videos. But you can buy the CD at the Shop.
2. Not enough RAM (memory). Video use lots of memory. If you have an old or very basic computer it may be struggling to 'remember' all the video frames. Try letting the video play (jerkily) right to the end then play it again. If this still does not work, you may need to add more RAM to your computer. 3. Old version of Flash. Flash is a 'plug-in' that your web browser (Explorer, Safari etc)uses to play audio and video. You may have an old version - to get the latest version, click here.

If you still have problems, click here to contact us and tell us:
1. What your computer is - brand, processor etc
2. Whether you are on broadband.
3. How much memory (RAM) your computer has.
4. What browser you use (e.g. Explorer, Safari)
5. What version of Flash you have installed.

We will try to get back to you as quickly as possible.
