How to Order

Select your purchase by scrolling down the list and clicking the circular button to the right of the item.

If you wish to view the products in your shopping basket, click on Shopping Basket at the top of the page. The number of items and cost (excl delivery) is displayed at the top of the screen. When you have finished shopping, select PLACE ORDER and follow the on-screen instructions.

Complete your delivery and credit/debit card details. Your transaction will be processed by WorldPay in a completely secure environment. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order and unique order reference number.

Ordering online is quick, easy and secure. However, if you are having any problems, please feel free to print up your order form and to post it to us with your cheque - payment details below.

All online transactions are processed using WorldPay, one of the UK's leading providers of secure online payment solutions.

With all Credit and Debit card transactions we have set a minimum purchase value of £4, due to costs associated with the processing of each transaction.

Cheque, by Post (UK only)

If you are based in the UK, you can send your order by post, making your cheques payable to 'Sweetapple Ltd'. Please ensure that you include full details of the products you require. Any items paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared. Please do not send cash.

We aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving the order, however, please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive. You will be contacted if there are any anticipated delays.

If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to help.

Delivery costs will be confirmed at the checkout stage. If you are outside the UK Mainland, delivery surcharges may apply. You will be notified of any surcharges at the checkout stage.
