Our products may be accessed either by becoming a free site member, which grants access to all our resources, or by purchasing resources individually for download.
When buying an item, you agree that:
(i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it.
(ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy and complete the check-out process.
Some products on our website consist of downloadable files. A download link will be emailed to you upon completion of your purchase. Links are valid for 30 days but can also be requested after this time by contacting us through the website.
We are not responsible for issues beyond our control that affect download access (such as incorrect email addresses entered at checkout or local technical issues with downloading or opening files).
Site membership gives access to the Members Area.
Membership is free and will not be renewed automatically.
We may contact you in the future with updates about your access.
Discounts
Discounts are offered at our discretion and will be honoured when a valid discount code is entered at checkout.
Discount codes are personal and tied to the email address they were supplied to, and they must not be shared.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase is complete.
Product Use & Licensing
The prices for our products are listed on the website and may change at any time. We reserve the right to update prices, amend or remove products, and adjust discount codes or promotions at our discretion.
Downloaded products are used at the buyer’s own risk. We are not responsible for any harm caused by downloads, especially if files have been altered without our knowledge.
Purchased products are intended for the exclusive use of the buyer and their affiliated institution (e.g. a school). Materials may be shared internally according to the selected membership. Sharing materials outside this scope is a breach of copyright.

All content available on this site — including downloadable resources, illustrations, music, stories, and teaching materials — is protected by copyright and is the intellectual property of Sweetapple Ltd. and Rockford’s Rock Opera.
Materials are provided for personal use or educational use within the buyer’s own institution (such as a school or organisation).
They must not be copied, republished, redistributed, repurposed, uploaded to other platforms, or used for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.
Unauthorised reproduction, adaptation, or distribution of our resources — in full or in part — is a breach of copyright and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Listings and Pricing Accuracy
Prices, postage and packing costs, and product information listed on third-party websites (including search engines like Google) may not always reflect our current pricing or delivery terms. These listings are outside of our control and may display outdated or incorrect information.
The prices, availability, and delivery costs shown on our official website shop are the only accurate and up-to-date terms.
For clarity: unless stated otherwise on our site, delivery of physical products is not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout.
We cannot honour prices or offers displayed incorrectly on other platforms.
Refund & Returns Policy
Digital Products
As our products are available by immediate download, refunds are not normally possible once a download link has been sent or members-only access has been granted.
However, we will offer refunds at our discretion in exceptional cases — for example, if there is a technical issue we are responsible for (such as a corrupt file).
If you made a purchase in error or had issues accessing your resources due to incorrect information at checkout, please contact us immediately and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Physical Products
For physical items (such as books, CDs, or merchandise), we offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- You must contact us by email to initiate the returns process within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
